With over a decade of experience in pioneering diagnostic technology, Cue Health quickly adapted to produce COVID-19 tests when the pandemic hit. We played a key role in launching their brand and first at-home diagnostic test during a critical time. We also supported their funding efforts, contributing to their rapid growth from a small team of less than a hundred employees to a public company with close to 2000 staff and a global presence.

Visual Identity

As an advanced healthcare diagnostic system, Cue Health sought a visual identity that embodied clarity and reliability. Our involvement extended from the establishment of brand guidelines to shaping the visual elements of all web and app properties. We contributed to defining the brand's tone of voice, playing a key role in establishing and evolving every brand touchpoint.

The evolution of Cue Health’s product packaging involved the integration of novel tests, durable products and accessories. We strategically incorporated color to distinguish between offerings while preserving the brand's clean and sophisticated aesthetic.

A Mobile-First User Experience

In the creation of Cue's inaugural DTC e-commerce store, we crafted a simplified journey. This guided consumers through an educational process about Cue, empowering them to make confident purchases of Cue products or memberships.

The emphasis on clear UX design directs attention to crucial information within the Cue Health App. This includes the step-by-step testing instructions, video tutorials and test results, ensuring a user-friendly interface.

From there on, we supporting their DTC initiative, securing B2B partnerships and expanding into Healthcare Provider market. We functioned as an executive extension, actively involved in building, guiding, and fostering growth across various internal departments focusing on strengthening and streamlining the brand and digital experiences.
